Commission TOS🐾 Commission Terms of ServiceHi there! Thanks so much for being interested in my art. Before commissioning me, please read through these terms so we’re on the same page. 💖🌟 General
• I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• All commissions are priced individually. My style is very flexible so every piece has a different price!!I Will draw:
Blood, gore, candy gore, horror, mechanical parts/robots, mild NSFW, bugs, rare species, big booty latina furriesI Wont draw:
Hateful, political, or kink related art• You must be 18+ to order anything NSFW. For NSFW or horror examples, please ask!
• Unless we agree otherwise, I may post the finished piece in my gallery/socials. If you’d like yours kept private, a fee may apply.💸 Payment
• I take payment through
CashApp, Paypal, Venmo and Zelle. (Ask about other options)
• Full payment is required upfront (or 50% upfront / 50% after sketch approval if we agree).🎨 Process
• I’ll send updates as I work (sketch → lines → color) if you want!
• Turnaround is usually 2-3 weeks, but please be patient — I’ll always communicate if things take longer.
• Need it done by a certain date? Please ask about a rush fee!✏️ Revisions
• Small fixes during the sketch stage are free (pose tweaks, markings, expressions, etc.).
• Bigger changes after linework/coloring may have an extra fee.
• Once the piece is finished, I can do tiny touch-ups, but not major re-draws.🐾 Usage
• Commissions can be for personal use (icons, banners, sharing on social media, printing for yourself). Please credit me when sharing! @ spuriousSilver
• Commercial use — Please ask first. Fee will apply.
• Do not edit out my watermark, claim the art as your own, or resell the artwork for more than its original price.💔 Refunds & Cancellations
• Full refunds are available only if I haven’t started yet.
• If I’ve already started, I can do a partial refund depending on how far along I am.
• No refunds once the piece is finished.
• If I ever have to cancel, you will receive a full refund.📩 Delivery
• Finished pieces will be sent digitally via discord or email (PNG).
